Naturopathic and Nutritional therapy can only be provided via scheduled consultations.

Under rare circumstances, Wholistic Health by Lara may need to contact your medical doctor / GP to discuss any concerns. By professionally engaging with Wholistic Health, you agree to this.

Collection of Data and Personal Information

We may use third party applications to share files, assets, resources and process payments. We are not responsible for how these third party applications operate and collect data, and encourage clients to please read each respective third party application’s terms and conditions and privacy policies.

This website contains contact forms designed to allow you to contact us easily. These forms collect your name and email address, and are used when we respond to your enquiry. These details are stored securely, and are not shared with any third party.

We also have a mailing list that you can join for free tips and to demonstrate our expertise. When you join this mailing list, we keep your information private. We do not share our subscriber list with any external party, and you can opt-out of communications at any time. We do not add clients to our mailing list without expressed permission.

Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of services provided by Wholistic Health by Lara. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and debit / credit card

numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Full payment must be paid within 48-hours of booking a consultation with Wholistic Health by Lara. Consultations will not be guaranteed unless you have made payment.

You are responsible for purchasing any further testing or supplements at your own expense.

In the event that the Nutritional and Naturopathic Therapist purchases a remedy, supplement or test on your behalf, payment is required within 48-hours of receipt of invoice.

Refund Policy

We do not offer a refund for clients who have not seen a measurable return on their investment, for example difference in health outcome or goals. Clients may respond differently to similar protocols, and results are subjective outside of the control of the practitioner. All payment is for our time, energy, skills and labour, and our pricing structure is not dependent on outcome.

Change of Mind

As a small business, we do not offer a refund for change of mind, so we encourage clients to choose carefully. If disagreements arise, we welcome a meeting with our clients to discuss concerns and negotiate a win/win solution.

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48-hours’ notice, 50% fee will be incurred. If an appointment is not attended, a 100% fee will be charged.

Clients Under the Age of 18

All children are welcome to attend a consultation, but they will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Testing and Supplements

All tests recommended are through laboratories that abide by GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Most lab reports are available to practitioners only, to ensure the results are handled and interpreted with the level of knowledge and training required to best serve you, the public. An interpretation fee is payable from the company to the practitioner to cover the time this takes prior to your consultation.

Largely, supplements are recommended from Natural Dispensary, which source and sell a range of international products of utmost quality. A commission agreement is in place between the company and the practitioner and a percentage of this may be passed on to you, my clients, to provide you with a discount. Some supplements may be available cheaper elsewhere, and you are welcome to source the exact product recommended from another supplier.

Consumer Guarantees

We make no guarantees other than that our services described will be provided to our clients in accordance with a formal agreement or proposal that we both sign off on. If you choose to work with us, you acknowledge we can't guarantee any results. Clients may respond differently to similar protocols, and results are subjective outside of the control of the practitioner.

Wholistic Health by Lara requests that the Client notes the following:

The degree of benefit obtainable from Nutritional and Naturopathic Therapy may vary between clients with similar health problems and following a similar Nutritional and Naturopathic Therapy programme.
Nutritional and Naturopathic advice will be tailored to support health conditions and/or health concerns identified and agreed between both parties.
Nutritional and Naturopathic therapists are not permitted to “diagnose”, or claim to “treat” or “cure”, medical conditions.
Nutritional advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment.
Your Nutritional and Naturopathic Therapist may recommend food supplements and/or functional testing as part of your Nutritional and Naturopathic Therapy programme in order to best support the health goals agreed upon.
Standards of professional practice in Nutritional Therapy are governed by the CNHC Code of Conduct.

JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Jurisdiction

Wholistic Healthy by Lara is located London, United Kingdom, and standards of professional practice in Nutritional Therapy are governed by the CNHC Code of Conduct.

Although we work with businesses all over the world, we’re based in the United Kingdom and are bound by their laws.

Negotiation

If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or with our services, we agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.

Meditation

If we’re unable to come to a win/win solution, each party has the right to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator who is independent of each respective party. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us.

Litigation

If we still can’t come to an agreement with a mediator, litigation can be considered as a very final resort.
